Shakeel Jeeawoody

Co-Founder, President and CEO

Shakeel Jeeawoody has over 20 years working experience in the semiconductor, software, and intellectual property industries. He has held executive positions in marketing and sales, with worldwide responsibilities. Shakeel has an MBA focusing on entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance, and a Master’s degree in electronic engineering.

Shah Peerally

Co-Founder

Shah Peerally is a California licensed attorney dealing extensively with a large number of corporations.  Shah holds a Juris Doctorate degree and is known for his passion and dedication to helping communities. Shah is the founder and managing attorney of the Shah Peerally Law Group PC. The law group deals in immigration law, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. The group presently represents more than 100 small and medium companies.

In order to devote the right level of attention to these markets, Mascarenes Corporation has a team of extended management and co-founders that focus on the specific regions and services.

Peitsa Hirvonen

Co-Founder of Mascarenes – SOL
Peitsa has over 23 years of practical experience as an electrical contractor doing wiring, lighting design, data networking, and solar installations for residential as well as commercial applications. He was in construction for 12 years before doing electrical work, and is also the co-owner of SESCO Electrical, based in Berkeley, California. Peitsa is passionate about helping people conserve and use energy efficiently.
